Five Pawns has always made it a priority to only market and sell our products to adults. Last year we introduced a 21 and over policy, regardless of state law and this week we’re upgrading our online age verification process. This improved process is another step in our commitment to responsible marketing and tobacco harm reduction.
Age verification will now be easier and quicker, but you may notice some slight differences when ordering.
This updated verification process is incredibly simple and easy to use and is only required once when you first checkout.
When prompted, enter your date of birth. Over 90% of customers will be verified with their date of birth alone.
In the rare circumstance, you cannot be verified by birthdate, you may be asked to submit a photo ID.
You can select an image you have already taken, or If you wish to use your phone, you’ll be asked to enter your phone number and you will be sent a link where you can complete the verification process using your phone's camera to take a picture of your ID. The contact information you enter on the site must match the photo ID you submit.
Once your age is verified, you’ll be able to continue with your purchase.
